BIO

Luiza is a Brazilian film director and screenwriter. She graduated in Film at FAAP and later studied film editing at Santa Barbara City College in California, as well as actor-directing techniques, including the Meisner Method.

Since 2014, she has directed commercial films for brands such as Eudora, Stella Artois, Marvel, GWM, YouTube, and GAC, alongside her work in independent cinema. Her films have screened at numerous international festivals and received awards, including Best Director at the New Renaissance Film Festival.

She is currently in post-production on a five-episode documentary series that she wrote and directed, scheduled to premiere on HBO Max in March 2026.
